This Sea Moss is not the best tasting, however, adding it to your smoothie or juice helps. I take straight with a juice chaser. The health benefits are great. I'm more energetic in the morning and throughout the day. Cafe Moss carries some delicious flavored Sea Moss; my favorite is Elder Flower Sea Moss.
