You get that beautiful tang and brightness from the apple cider vinegar, warmth and a little kick from the ginger, and then the honey rounds everything out without making it overly sweet. It’s refreshing, vibrant and really well made. I’ve been enjoying it on its own, but naturally my bartender brain is already thinking about how beautifully these flavors come together.
